Servo 3-ton double-acting powder molding machine
A compact space of just 1 square meter, ideal for the molding and processing of precision small items.
The movements of up and down 3 tons can be controlled separately by servos, making it easy to adjust the balance of molding density. Additionally, even difficult-to-fill powders can have their filling inconsistencies almost completely resolved by using two types of oscillation functions (standard equipment) and an optional servo cup feeder. Molding conditions can be easily set and changed on the touch panel, allowing for easy trial molding under various conditions. Molding conditions can be stored not only in internal memory but also on external memory cards, making it ideal for the production of a wide variety of products with challenging molding conditions.
